Even if you have never visited this small town, you may recognize its courthouse which was featured at the close of the television show \u201cEvening Shade.\u201d Hampton is the hometown of Harry Thomason, producer of \u201cEvening Shade\u201d and \u201cDesigning Women.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The city is known for its annual <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hogskin-holidays.com\/home.html\" target=\"_blank\">Hogskin Holidays<\/a> festival held each spring.
